About Dr. Dar Eye Care
Dr. Dar Eye Care is the practice of Dr. Dar Lenarcik & Associates, optometrists in London, Ontario. Our clinic is now at Sherwood Forest Mall, 1225 Wonderland Rd. N., across from GoodLife.
Our story
Dr. Dar Lenarcik has been registered with the College of Optometrists of Ontario since 1999. Today three optometrists see patients at our clinic: Dr. Dar Lenarcik, Dr. Karolina Pniak and Dr. Tunde Agoston.
Our clinic was at Masonville Place, 1680 Richmond St. In August 2025 we moved to Sherwood Forest Mall, 1225 Wonderland Rd. N. Our phone number did not change.
We provide eye exams for children and adults, children's eye care, dry eye treatment and contact lenses.
